Some apps to help Self-monitoring

There are a few apps that can help with self-monitoring. Some are customizable so they can be used to monitor behavioral, cognitive or emotional self-regulation. 

Here is a couple to get you started:

Plan It, Do It, Check It Off – $6.99 US for iPhone and iPad – a photo to-do list. There are 26 pages of photos included to illustrate events. You can also import your own photos, change titles, customize test and audio. It has received pretty solid reviews.

Self-Monitor: Habit Changer – $9.99 US for iPhone and iPad or $2.49 US for Android – a behavior is selected and the app checks in at specified times so children can rate themselves. You set up the issue to be monitored, how often to check and how long a monitoring session should be.
